The medical students could use the 4 principles of medical ethics or base their responses on their individual analytical perspectives and reasoning for the allocation of limited medical resources.
Age (>25 vs ≤25 years) and sex (male vs female) served as basic demographic variables, with the age of 25 years as a threshold of maturity. Grade (third vs fourth year) represented differences in clinical exposure experiences [15].

Validating its reliability for clinical reasoning and medical knowledge in non-English languages has substantial international implications as it directly affects patient safety and the overall quality of care [13]. Therefore, in this study, we used the General Medicine In-Training Examination (GM-ITE) [14], an internationally validated examination, to compare the performance of Japanese clinical residents with that of GPT-4 to appraise the performance capability of Chat GPT.

Although Chat GPT’s performance has been impressive, the USMLE focuses predominantly on basic science, pharmacology, and pathophysiology (step 1) as well as clinical reasoning and medical management (step 2 CK), with less emphasis on other professional skills for becoming a successful doctor [8].

Personalized Recommendations for Physical Activity e-Coaching (OntoRecoModel): Ontological Modeling
Moreover, we assessed the performance of the ontology against mean reasoning time and query execution time. In Onto Reco Model, we annotated the participant’s data with Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL) and stored the resultant OWL file in a triple-store format for better readability. The Onto Reco Model allows automatic knowledge inferencing and efficient knowledge representation to balance a trade-off between complexity, persuasiveness, and reasoning about formal knowledge.

Detecting False Alarms by Analyzing Alarm-Context Information: Algorithm Development and Validation
As a strategy to mitigate the alarm fatigue issue, we present a new approach to monitor patients by using an intelligent notification process supported by a reasoning mechanism.
