It will try to add more consistent factors that can account for the credibility of LLMs. There is now a growing body of research on using LLMs for mental health care provision [8]. However, it is worth noting that there are very few to almost no studies on the credibility of LLMs, particularly in medicine [9,10] and mental health support. It was hypothesized that both the treatment efficacy and acceptability of asynchronous message-based psychotherapy would be noninferior to those of video-based psychotherapy.
