The University Medicine Greifswald’s Trusted Third Party Dispatcher: State-of-the-Art Perspective Into Comprehensive Architectures and Complex Research Workflows

The University Medicine Greifswald’s Trusted Third Party Dispatcher: State-of-the-Art Perspective Into Comprehensive Architectures and Complex Research Workflows

Its objective was to introduce a “comprehensive architecture for a TTP [trusted third party] that aims to support a wide range of different research projects,” incorporating “a fine-grained authentication and authorization model [and] a modern [REST-API (representational state transfer application programming interface)]” in order to “support cross-service workflows.”

We then focused on the website architecture and design requirements, including colors, layout, and text formatting. We identified the main components and special features to be included (ie, medical illustrations, glossary of terms, quiz based on the educational content, and links to other relevant URLs). For the mockup website, the informational components were categorized into basic, key, and other health-related information.

A Web-Based, Respondent-Driven Sampling Survey Among Men Who Have Sex With Men (Kai Noi): Description of Methods and Characteristics

A Web-Based, Respondent-Driven Sampling Survey Among Men Who Have Sex With Men (Kai Noi): Description of Methods and Characteristics

In this paper, we describe the architecture and real-world functionality of a web-based RDS among MSM in Thailand. Our in-house code recreated all RDS features typically found in a brick-and-mortar, staffed RDS office and executed essentially all survey procedures using algorithms. Our staff presence was limited to monitoring survey events on the web and answering the occasional call or text from respondents with questions.

Development of a Trusted Third Party at a Large University Hospital: Design and Implementation Study

Development of a Trusted Third Party at a Large University Hospital: Design and Implementation Study

In this section, we will first describe the general architecture of our solution, then cover important implementation details, and finally report on real-world experiences with the platform. The overall architecture is divided into the API, which wraps around the MOSAIC tools, the graphical interfaces oriented toward users, as well as the access and identity management component (Figure 3 presents more details).

Long-Term Effectiveness of a Multi-Strategy Choice Architecture Intervention in Increasing Healthy Food Choices of High-School Students From Online Canteens (Click & Crunch High Schools): Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial

Long-Term Effectiveness of a Multi-Strategy Choice Architecture Intervention in Increasing Healthy Food Choices of High-School Students From Online Canteens (Click & Crunch High Schools): Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial

Interventions that incorporate choice architecture strategies (eg, provision of information, changing default options, and using incentives) [10] are effective in improving adolescent diet-related outcomes. A recent systematic review found that out of 137 included choice architecture interventions that aimed to modify child or adolescent diet-related outcomes, 74% were effective [10].

A Reusable Multiplayer Game for Promoting Active School Transport: Development Study

A Reusable Multiplayer Game for Promoting Active School Transport: Development Study

First, we describe the game concept followed by the game’s architecture and implementation details. The purpose behind developing Tic-Tac-Training was to motivate people to become physically more active. The game was designed to offer competitive and collaborative gameplay by expanding upon the basic concept of the Tic-Tac-Toe board game. Unlike Tic-Tac-Toe, players play in teams without turns and earn points by completing various tasks assigned to the game board cells.
