Each feature vector xi consists of binary indicators representing social determinants and clinical and demographic factors that may influence the severity of COVID-19, such as age, preexisting conditions, vital signs, and laboratory test results. These features are shown in Table 1. The feature names are denoted as , where each fj is a natural-language string describing the corresponding attribute.
