Therefore, this study explored the views and experiences of employers regarding CFWPs for CEs caring for older adults in Hong Kong with the objectives of identifying (1) the support that is currently provided and that could be provided to CEs by employers and (2) the challenge and facilitative support for employers to adopt CFWPs in the specific context of Hong Kong.
