Our findings validate the two previously developed models from Baumbach et al [20] and introduce a new concise personalized prediction model for estimating changes in knee pain intensity among patients with knee OA considering participating in the GLA:D program. Neither the increase in sample size nor the inclusion of additional variables improved the previous prediction model.
