In supporting the findings of H10, Motsi and Chimbo [15] found that their survey results were in line with the conclusions, stating that the primary duty of all health care providers is to provide medical care. A well-known indicator of the effectiveness of hospital health services is patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is a critical indicator used to evaluate the quality of health care services rendered [25].
