The present model allowed ongoing predictions according to the rapidly shifting status of the disease for patients undergoing long-term TKI treatment. The best-performing GBDT without resampling model was optimized by threshold moving strategies to achieve a maximum F1-score. This study further used a SHAP analysis that provided interpretability at both the population and individual levels, identifying key predictors such as AST, cholesterol, and albumin levels.

Safety and Efficacy of Modular Digital Psychotherapy for Social Anxiety: Randomized Controlled Trial
In the long term, SAD can lead to profound social isolation; missed opportunities; and comorbid conditions such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and substance abuse [1,3,4].
While symptoms do not typically improve in the absence of treatment [5,6], cognitive behavioral therapy for social anxiety (CBT-SA) has been established as an effective treatment with moderate to large effects on social anxiety symptoms [7-9].

The test method was to select a 50-meter-long hard surface in the corridor outside the ward and place markers at both ends. Patients were asked to walk back and forth along the marked line as far as possible, ensuring that there was no interference in the surrounding area, talking, running, and jumping were prohibited during the walk, and there was no hesitation at the folding point, and the total distance traveled was calculated after timing the walk for 6 minutes [13].

Specifically, studies with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up periods are needed to evaluate the long-term effectiveness and sustainability of VR-complemented PR. Developing standardized VR protocols that define exercise intensity, frequency, duration, and content would help reduce heterogeneity and improve the comparability of results across studies.
