No significant differences were observed between the groups at baseline (P=.81) or follow-up (P=.64), and no significant within-group changes were observed over time (control: P=.52 and intervention: P=.07; Figure 5). The overall scale had excellent internal consistency, with Cronbach α=0.95 at baseline and Cronbach α=0.98 at follow-up [52].

Analysis using Cramér V indicated a moderate association between the perception of agreeableness and difficulty for each task (χ24=16.5; P=.002; V=0.37, 95% CI 0.28-0.54). Further examination of the frequency distribution indicated that as tasks were perceived as more difficult, participants found them less agreeable. Figure 4 displays the difficulty (Figure 4 A) and agreeableness (Figure 4 B) perception by task.
